Your FIT2order/connect2FIT Account Information
To use most features of the Service, you must create an account with FIT2order by providing us your name and email address and creating a password. Your email address and password will be used together so you can securely access and maintain your account. We may also collect additional optional information from you such as job title, organization name, organization location and demographic information as well as other information required to confirm your eligibility to receive services from FIT2order.
Your Actions on FIT2order/connect2FIT
When you use the Service, we collect information about the actions you take, including watching, commenting (e.g. “like,” “favorite,” “dislike” and other similar statements), searching for and collecting content, such as videos, audios, recipes, entering comments or annotations, and following topics or users. All of the actions you take are public, and may be visible to other users, or published to your linked Third-Party Services accounts with your consent.

Information You Choose to Share
The FIT2order community is built on openness and sharing. Therefore, your profile and actions that you take on FIT2order may be public, and visible to other FIT2order users. Additionally, your profile may be indexable by search engines. Some of the actions you take on FIT2order may be published to Third Party Services (such as Facebook) if you linked your account to a Third-Party Service and allowed sharing between the two.
We may share information if we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety, rights, or property of the public, any person, or FIT2order; or to detect, prevent, defend against or otherwise address abuse, fraud, security or legal issues.

You can access and update most of your personal information through your profile. You may also request access, updating and correction in your personal information by contacting us. To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps (such as requesting a password) to verify your identity before granting you access or allowing you to make any corrections or updates. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and account information at all times.
Linked Third Party Accounts
If you have linked your FIT2order account to a Third-Party Services account, you can control the information that FIT2Order may access, and the ability of FIT2order to publish on your behalf with settings from that Third-Party Service. EMAIL AND OTHER COMMUNICATION:
We may periodically send promotional emails about services, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
General e-mail communications
Most e-mail, including any e-mail functionality on our site, does not provide a completely secure and confidential means of communication. It is possible that your e-mail communication may be accessed or viewed inappropriately by another Internet user while in transit to us. If you wish to keep your information completely private, you should not use e-mail. FIT2order sends electronic newsletters, notification of account status, and other communications such as information marketing other products or services offered by us, on a periodic basis to various individuals and organizations.
